Two Initial Monogram House Designed For The Children In PAR.
Kerfera house is a unique house in PAR, designed by Jacobsen Arquitetura, specialized in both residential and infrastructural projects. This two-story row home features a distinguishable image that does not hide the numerous details that make it unique.
Kerfera house was designed for children and meant to encourage their energy and interest. The program was distributed in accordance with the environment’s specificities. This was a research-led approach that was, at the same time, impressive. Therefore, the architects working at the project decided to use the two concepts as inspiration and to create something truly unique.
Embedded in the natural landscaping areas, alongside gardens and pathways, the house encourages the kids to enter instead of seeking social interaction. The house encouragesizontally into the garden areas and the areas of the home- especially accessorized with trees. The organic lines underline the concept of nesting, as one enters the house from the exterior through a series of small courtyards and living/outdoors. Inside, it emphasizes the elegant style emphasized by the minimalist yet dynamic color palette and lighting design.
